Kim was great! She was always patient and kind. Kim spent several months with us trying to locate the right home. She guided us through making offers and being competitive. She communicated clearly and understood our wants and needs. Kim always seemed to have the answer for any of our questions. I felt like she fought hard to get us a great deal.

Kim Newton went above and beyond to help us simultaniously buy and sell a house. Every step of the way, Kim knew exactly what to do and gave us excellent guidance along he way. I was blessed to have Kim as a referral! If I had to sum up her service in three words, it would be knowledgeable, tenacious, and communicative. This was the first time I was not stressed out about selling, Kim was so positive and relaxed about everything, I always felt she was 100% on my side and not just looking to make a fast sale for the commission, which so often happens with realtors who want to drop the price almost as soon as they list. Kim was steadfast that she would get the price that the market analysis came back with and she did.
By far Kim is the best realtor I ever had and I will tell my friends given the opportunity.

Kim worked with my timeline while in Japan and would meet with my daughter in Oak Harbor, then face time me so I was included. She was always willing to respond to anything we asked anf would follow through every time.
