We have worked with Nancy several times in the past, and she did a great job with our most recent transaction. She has well earned knowledge of market conditions and trends, and a solid marketing plan. She held several open houses and did an excellent job coordinating with other agents to get feedback and work through the transaction.
Whenever anyone asks for an agent, I always recommend Nancy, and will continue to do so.

Nancy Olmos was hands down the best agent in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. As first time home owners it was critical we worked with someone who knew the area we were looking to buy in while also having a wealth of knowledge founded on years of experience to give us the best chance of securing a home in such an unforgiving market. Nancy met all our needs and went above and beyond to assist us in our search. We will absolutely be recommending Nancy to anyone else looking for a top knotch realtor as we will be using her services again in any future endeavors we embark on. I cannot express enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with Nancy as she has such passion for her field of work.
With Nancy on our side, we never had to worry about the finer details as she was already on top of it before anything ever became a problem. Everything was made as easy as possible for us as we had the utmost trust in Nancy's skills.
Nancy was absolutely a pleasure to be around at all times, we cannot recoment her enough to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

This was the second time I have relied on Nancy Olmos to sell my home, the third time within my family. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel like her only client. Even in a "good" market, selling your home can be stressful. Nancy helps eliminate most, if not all, of that stress.
I can't recommend her enough for the selling of your home.

I've known Nancy Olmos for more than ten years now. I met her when I was in the process of purchasing my first Condo. It was my first home and I was dealing with a whole lot of unknowns. I was struggling with decision to buy a property and did not understand my purchasing capacity. Throughout, she was extremely supportive of my uncertainty, answering all of my questions and showing me ALL the possible houses that I wanted to see. There was no pressure to commit to a place. On the contrary, there were many instances where she advised me to NOT make a play either because of the state of the house or the construction of the house. And, after I finally settled on a home, she even sat with me and went over the numbers for my loan/utilities to ensure that I was comfortable with my expenditure!
She has been in her profession for more than 30 years and uses her wisdom to give sound suggestions when buying a house. That shows not only her knowledge, but also that she cares about her client and ultimately wants the best for everyone. She has a trusted set of well experienced network of people to help with services such as loans, moves, clean etc. Most of them are small locally owned businesses and I really appreciate that she promotes small businesses and local economy.
So, it is no surprise that I promptly called her again when I decided to upgrade, 10 years later. I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience. I was even able to close a couple of days earlier than expected. Not only did she provide me with a great overall experience, she's also helping me with my decisions on my current home. I'm extremely fortunate to have her as my home agent and a friend in my life.
