Dan and Jennifer are very knowledgeable and have great expertise when it comes to Hat Island properties.

Dan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He has excellent listening and communication skills . He welcomes questions, feedback and delivers answers promptly .

I reached out to Dan and Jen on April 1st after finding a cabin we wanted to purchase and by April 18th we had closed on the property and recieved the keys. They were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire process and would recommend them to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Daniel Rike went above and beyond on the sale of my mom's house! He is incredibly professional, thorough and caring. Dan checked on my mom's house, picked up and installed smoke detectors & installed them, set me up with a an electrician, painter, cleaner & contractor. He is truly amazing and I will recommend him to everyone! I'm so thankful to Dan and will definitely choose him in the future!
