My Journey

I was born and raised in Korea, where I started my career as a fashion designer. Designing new pieces, connecting with customers, and watching their reactions taught me the value of creativity and personal connection — values I carry with me in real estate today.
In 1988, I moved to the U.S. and instantly fell in love with the family-friendly, eco-conscious lifestyle of Washington State. The outdoor activities here, from hiking and biking to swimming and water sports, make this community so special to me.

My work and life are guided by three simple values:

I believe that “Honesty is the fastest way to success” and that “Your habits shape your life.” These principles drive how I approach every relationship — with integrity, care, and commitment.

My Approach

When helping clients buy or sell a home, I always put myself in their shoes. I focus on what matters most to them, and work tirelessly to help them achieve their goals. I aim to build lasting, family-like relationships, not just complete transactions.

Beyond Real Estate

When I'm not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors — hiking, swimming, biking — or playing keyboard in a local rock band. I’m also passionate about giving back, volunteering with the PTA, providing translation services for Korean families, and helping at kids’ summer camps.

Why It Matters

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a family happily settled in the home we found together. I hope every client remembers me not just as a broker, but as a caring, trusted friend who helped shape one of the most important parts of their life.
