   I began my career in property management over 22 years ago working with Windermere, where I've helped build and manage a portfolio of more than 400 rental properties across Pierce, King, Kitsap, and Thurston counties. In 2009, I was given the opportunity to launch and lead a new property management division for Firstpoint, where growing my portfolio went from 3 rentals to 185 within a few short years. The relationships that I've built with owners and the responsibility that comes with managing their investments has really driven me to want to do more. I manage every home as if it were my own, and treat all tenants with well deserved respect, while focusing on long-term value, clear communication, and hands-on care.
