We had a very limited time frame in which to sell our home and Tracy knew that, accepted that, and was willing to put in the extra effort to make it happen in a two week period. The sale of my mother's property was necessitated by her moving into an assisted-living home. As the Power of Attorney for her financial and medical needs, I already had a buyer for the property, but my hope was that for a reasonable fee Patrick could take us through the process - of which my knowledge is limited.
