Hi there! I’m Maddy Wenzel, and I’m excited to help you find your dream home. I’ve lived in Vancouver my entire life, in the same house I grew up in, and I truly believe there’s no place quite like this city. Real estate wasn’t always on my radar, but when I made the decision to jump into the industry, it felt like a natural fit. I love the idea of making dreams come true, and real estate is one of the most powerful ways to do that. What motivates me every day is helping people—whether it’s finding a cozy starter home, a family’s forever house, or an investment opportunity. Outside of work, I’m all about balance. I’m a huge fan of reading (you’ll often find me with my nose in a book), attending concerts, and spending quality time with my family. I also love to get creative through drawing and painting—it’s a great way to unwind. My two pets, Ruby (a Chihuahua Whippet mix rescue) and Luffy (a Russian Tortious), keep me on my toes and remind me of the simple joys in life.
