I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest.  My family lived life to the fullest as a medium class family.  Camping, fishing, horseback riding, baseball and friends filled my life.  Like most young people, I was anxious to move out and start my life as an adult.

I bought my first house in Poulsbo when I was 20 y.o.  After commuting to Seattle for four years, I sold my home and purchased one in West Seattle.  I had a great job, family and home when I suddenly found myself an unemployed, single mom of two little girls. I was desperate and didn’t know where to turn.  I needed to sell my house fast before I lost it to the bank. 

It was a real estate agent that took the weight off my shoulders and sold my house the first day it went on the market and at full asking price.  I was so relieved I wept with joy.

That was 20 years ago, and my story has a happy ending.  I moved back to the Peninsula and bought a better home with the help of another amazing realtor.  My daughters are now grown and successful in their own right.  Now I want to help others who find themselves in a difficult situation.  It doesn’t matter how you got to this point.  I want to help you get through it.
