Real Estate is a constantly changing industry and staying on top of the frequent changes is our way of assisting buyers and sellers. As a team it allows us to be available 24/7. First time buyers include anyone who has not owned a home in the past 3 years. Many programs require that the buyers be certified to be eligible for these programs, with a Homebuyers Class. These programs include FHA, 203K, VA, Rural Development and grants and bonds offered for specific areas. Sometimes there is a narrow window of opportunity to take advantage of these programs and having a knowledgeable agent is a plus.. First time buyers are understandably overwhelmed with the process. We explain, lead, support and try to anticipate the confusing parts of a transaction so they can enjoy their new home. Most sellers have several years between transactions and can find the changes a challenge. Our job is to educate, support and keep things as smooth as possible during the transaction from listing to sold. My goal is to get more buyers educated as to what is available to them by encouraging them to take the First Time Buyer classes and be certified and eligible for all programs available to them; such as grants, bonds, FHA, VA and Rural Development. Sometimes there is a narrow window of opportunity to take advantage of those programs and having the class behind them is a big plus.
