Hi, my name is 1255 Pleasant Creek Dr. My owners have loved their time here, but it is time for someone new to love me and call me ''home''. With an wonderful TWO FAMILY SETUP, I'm ready to welcome pets of all shape and size - and I even have a 100x200 all-season horse arena with french drain, so it is ready for the Oregon weather! Inside, my bathrooms and kitchen have been lovingly updated, and include walk-in setups at both ends of the house. My appliances are EXTRA LARGE so you can go different days to the grocery store if you need. It is close by, only 15 minutes. I've heard Rogue River is a cute town, but obviously I've never been :-) My third bedroom could be an awesome office, and the second living room has been a game room (with POOL TABLE) in the past. I've got a great garage with lots of space, and I've got plenty of deck space for hosting parties and celebrations. Thanks for considering me, I can't want to meet you!
