I don't know about you, but I would MUCH rather hire someone else to do all the work, and make MORE money because of it. Think about it this way....Even if you're listed FSBO, chances are your buyer will be represented by a Buyer's Agent. You'll have to pay their 3% commission anyway. Isn't it smarter to just leave it to the professionals
