Mary Hughes
Director of Mergers & Acquisitions
13322 Hwy 99 S #201
425-743-3775

Mary Hughes-I decided real estate was for me for two basic reasons. The first is I wanted a commission based sales job. I wanted no limit to the amount of money I could earn. Second, I wanted to have a business where you did not have to pay for inventory before you sold it. I had experienced that in my previous retail/wholesale career and I got badly burned. Real estate was a very good fit. I obtained my real estate license in 1979. I have made it through all kinds of ups and downs in the economy and home sales market.

I joined the Century 21 System in 1990; which was the smartest career move I ever made. Century 21 provides the very best systems, tools, and technology in the industry.. One of the most rewarding things in the business is when a brand new recruit sells their first home to an excited family. Between the support provided by the corporation and Century 21 North Homes, I believe I'm in the very best real estate organization. It's a job I can be passionate about.
