Compensation Plan

CENTURY 21 NHR offers some of the most competitive plans in the industry. With two options available based on your specific goals and production levels, both of these plans include our robust value package that is 2nd to none.

  • Quarterly Adjustment Plan The company splits the commission income based on the Broker’s average income earned over the past four quarters. The average four quarter income decides the current quarters split percentage. If you are doing consistent production, you will maintain a consistent split year round with no resets or starting over. There is a royalty fee which helps pay for the service, support, tools, technology, and national advertising. This fee is only paid when you close a transaction.
  • Cap Plan The company splits the commission income with the Broker at a beginning start rate. Once you have hit our low cap, you move to a 90% split until the end of your anniversary year. This plan does require a small transaction fee. There is a royalty fee which helps pay for the service, support, tools, technology, and national advertising. This fee is only paid when you close a transaction.
  • No Desk Fees At CENTURY 21 NHR we are your business partner, not your landlord. We don’t make money unless you make money. That is why we do not charge a desk fee at our offices.
